- I have the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason I see fit.

- The commissioner is allowed to post the artwork online and link it to websites such as Toyhou.se as long as I am credited properly as the artist.- Usage of AI on any of my artwork, including any commissioned artwork is not allowed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I am allowed to share the artwork online and use it as an example in my portfolio.However, I will;
- List it as a commission
- Include who commissioned it.

Payment

1) 50% of payment is expected up front after confirming that I will take the commission.2) After I recive the first 50%, I will work on the sketch concept for the artwork, and a watermarked version will be sent for confirmation.3) Once confirmation is given, the other 50% must be sent before I begin working further on the piece. Because of this, I'll send the artwork immediately after it is completed!

SKEB / "surprise me" style commissions are full payment up front.

REFUNDS
- No refunds will be sent due to the 50% + 50% payment process I have designated.- No refunds are given on SKEB/"surprise me" commissions.

Process

REVISIONS
- Revisions during sketch confirmation are free of charge.- Up to 2 sets of mild revisions may be requested to be made after the artwork is done/close to done.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The expected delivery deadline is within/around three weeks after full payment is given.- If something occurs on my end causing the expected artwork delivery time to lengthen, I will let the commissioner know.- Delivery/sending of the artwork is via whatever site is used to communicate. (may be emailed if requested.)COMMUNICATION
- Please don't ghost me at any time during the commission process. I'd prefer much more and will understand if I'm notified of disinterest or cancellation. This is true for all parts of the process.- I will assume the commission is cancelled after a week of no response.- However, if you're unable to communicate for a period of time during the commission process, please give me a heads up so I know.- Commissioners are free to request progress updates at any time, but please be patient and try not to ask constantly!

Adopts/Customs

Heads up! I use Toyhou.se to track my characters and designs, and generally prefer being able to transfer ownership there. But, not having it isn't a big issue.- Designs created by me must be properly credited to me.
- Can be traded/gifted freely.
- Resale can only occur if the character has gained extra art besides what came with the design.
- + 50% price for commercial use.I don't really track these things closely, so please just use general courtesy in other regards!
